If you have an Android based phone or tablet, you can connect it via USB (cable not included) to your Alpine head unit to enjoy the audio content through your car speakers. You can select songs on your phone/ tablet or using the rotary encoder of your head unit. This feature is available for all Alpine head units with Android Open Accessory 2.0 (including UTE-204DAB). Parametric equalizers are multi-band variable equalisers which allow users to control the three primary parameters: amplitude, centre frequency and bandwidth.

Connect Your Android PhoneThe navigator Alpine UTE-204DAB is a car audio system that features a maximum RMS output power of 200 W. It has a total of 24 preset stations and supports various radio bands, including DAB, DAB+, FM, LW, and MW. The product's Radio Data System (RDS) includes features such as AF, EON, PTY, TA, and TP. We recommend the separately available active DAB screen antenna KAE-242DA for use with this product. Optional Remote Control

The BASS button next to the central control knob takes you directly to the advanced bass level adjustment function. As you choose one of the six levels, it automatically adjusts frequency cut-off, Q factor and subwoofer level for optimum sound quality and tonal balance. Set Your Colour Scheme In addition to its radio capabilities, the Alpine UTE-204DAB also comes equipped with Bluetooth technology that supports A2DP, AVRCP, and HFP Bluetooth profiles. Spotify is a great way to discover new music and enjoy all your favourite songs and playlists. Why not use it on the road? The Alpine UTE-204DAB is as close as you'll get to a plug and play replacement for the original factory head unit. Use your existing ISO connector (if you have one) in conjunction with the Alpine connector provided to connect the head-unit to the Defender wiring. You can fully adjust the illumination colour of your UTE-204DAB’s buttons and display within the full RGB spectrum to match your dashboard illumination colour or your personal preference.
