This cooking technique keeps the moisture inside the foil which helps to keep the salmon tender, flaky, and perfectly cooked. Expert Tips I cook baked salmon in foil all the time and sometimes I use just olive oil, salt, and pepper. The foil method is easy to adapt to different ingredients. Don’t cover the baked spaghetti in the oven. It may seem necessary to cover the dish so that the cheese doesn’t burn or the spaghetti doesn’t dry out, but it’s not important to do this. And I would recommend against it because you’ll miss out on the bubbly crusty cheesy top. Over grains: I find these baked onions work particularly well with grain heavy meals like quinoa, couscous, farro, etc. Cooking fish this way is so easy! This easy baked salmon takes minutes to prep and cooks in less than 30 minutes. This is such a versatile recipe, you can infuse your salmon with other ingredients such as orange slices or other favorite spices.In a large mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, beat together the melted butter and sugar until fully combined. Then beat in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract. The great thing about this recipe is that you can literally make it a different way every time without exact measurements really needed. You can use whatever you have leftover, change it up every time and top with any shredded cheese.
