Outside of serving as random chaos to make us hate the Three Bills and setting up John’s vendetta, its just simply not a scenario that’s done well.For example, most action flicks don't show weapons reloading in real time or include the occasional take in which a stunt doesn't go as planned. Its not really anything new and doesn’t reveal much about a man who already seems to be at the top of his game. Frankly, the only thing notable about the series, are the cover art, which I have to say, are phenomenal. It wasn't, but it is an origin story, or the first part of one, and for what it was it was entertaining and well-drawn.

Even after hearing Calamity was the one who started the whole mess, John still wants them all dead for killing several civilians at the time.John eliminated all of Tarasov's major rivals, thus enabling Tarasov to become one of New York's most powerful crime bosses.

As with feudalism, there is only one entity bigger than the High Table in John Wick: The Elder, who corresponds to the monarch in medieval feudalism. In this same minimalist vein, John and Helen's house itself ended up informing John's own character and psychology. Pak's other work includes "Planet Hulk," "World War Hulk," "Mech Cadet Yu," "Ronin Island," "Action Comics," and "Magneto Testament. The five-issue John Wick comic series was first published in 2017 and is written by Greg Pak with art by Giovanni Valletta.

Mercedes "Mercy" Thompson is a fictional character and the protagonist of The Mercedes Thompson Series, written by Patricia Briggs. As Mosca details his design process, it's no small feat to get Reeves to look like he's fighting as effortlessly as he does in the suits, making them almost their own characters in the Wickiverse. Just like the first film, the Russians figure prominently in the Wick comics, but it's not the Russians we're used to. Also, Randall Duk-Kim, the Keymaker from Matrix Reloaded, plays the sympathetic doctor who helps John in John Wick and John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum.

When Lance Reddick (of The Wire) made his first appearance as Continental clerk Charon in John Wick, we got the impression that he was familiar with Mr.With John Wick's extraordinary fighting and healing abilities as well as constant death-defying stunts, John might as well be considered a superhero for all that he is incredibly able to accomplish. The Continental has one simple rule, "No business conducted on Continental grounds," which translates to no killing allowed when on Continental property. The character and franchise has been described as a "central boogeyman character who can't be killed" and a "modern, action-oriented equivalent of '80s horror franchises", and reportedly has a kill count of 439, exceeding Jason Voorhees, Michael Myers and Art the Clown combined. It's an easy detail to miss, but some kid isn't going to stick out in the minds of criminals who had been doing what they do for decades unless that kid carved out a reputation for himself early on. However I would have loved it if Pak dived deeper into Wick's past; the developement of the story isn't great and it left me with more questions than answers.
