If the anchor doesn’t install completely, remove it from the hole, make certain that all the dust is removed from the hole or drill the hole deeper so that the dust can settle below the anchor. Re-install the anchor by hand to avoid cross threading from occurring.

The hole in the fixture needs to be larger in diameter than the diameter of the Titen HD® heavy-duty screw anchor being installed. It is very important to make sure that the Titen HD® heavy-duty screw anchor being installed will fit through the fixture hole before the hole in the base material is drilled. The hex head leaves a very clean look once installed with no stud or nut protruding above the fixture.
