Do you love leek and potato soup? I do and I just love the creaminess of it and dunking some crusty bread into the bowl. Especially on a cold winters day when it is raining outside. We find this to be really creamy and considering it is soup we always argue over who gets the last of it. Now this came to me after the recipe that I did for #13 and it was all about what else I could deconstruct. As well as soup programmes, it makes sauces, taking the effort out of béchamel and cooked dips, while its ice-crushing programme can be adapted for fresh lemonade and other drinks.
