In the early 1990s, the URSUS Vodka Company in the Netherlands obtained the original URSUS Vodka recipe from its Icelandic owners and introduced the drink to a broader market. The water runs through a 4000-year-old lava field that naturally purifies the water, resulting in a clean and pure vodka. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add 50ml vodka, 25ml peach schnapps, 100ml cranberry juice and a few drops fresh lime juice.The Giant will be sold at an ABV of 40% (80 proof) and has notes of peach jam, spumoni, and pistachio. Prick the sloes using a stainless steel fork or cocktail stick, and tip into a 2-litre jar, or divide between two smaller jars. Pour 50ml vodka into a cocktail shaker and add 25ml triple sec, 25ml lemon juice and a handful of ice.
